Over the past three years, we have exposed how EU institutions use funding, regulation and the language of democracy to shape public debate. Our work on NGO networks, censorship, election interference, farming, borders and sovereignty has moved from research reports into media coverage, parliamentary scrutiny, official investigations and public argument.
When the authorities tried to shut down NatCon Brussels, they exposed precisely the instinct we had been warning about. The attempt failed.
