Hajnalka is graduate of both Eötvös Loránd University – where she received a bachelor’s degree in international relations – and from the University of Public Service – where she obtained a Master’s degree in International Public Service. Hajnalka first worked as an international analyst before taking a position at MCC based in Budapest. There she worked in the Transcarpathian public leadership programme as a program coordinator, with a focus on community building. Her passion has been helping students develop their leadership skills through negotiation, rhetoric, public speaking, and presentation exercises. She joined MCC Brussels as manager of student mentoring and education. In her free time, she is involved in music as manager of a Transcarpathian music band, called Ullie - six young musicians playing pop and alternative rock. Her hope for MCC Brussels is that it becomes a perfect incubator for the next generation of leaders and a place where skills that are critical for great careers and personal development can be learned and developed.
